Went there in November, Dr Vess was great. 2 problems though: 1) Gave me a lot of instructions/stretching/excercises and some things to buy like a brand of insoles and which type of insole. I was told they would be given to me printed out. Nothing was given and I asked the receptionist and she was not sure what to give me. 2) Was given a follow-up in 1 month. I come to the follow-up and there's a paper on the door saying they are closed and that they called their patients to notify them and reschedule. No one called or left ... read more
This was a great experience overall. The office is clean and quiet. Tracy, the receptionist was helpful and kind. Dr. Vess was extremely thorough and professional. He explained everything in great detail! I would recommend going here!
