Our experience working with Addam at FourthGenFlooring was absolutely miserable, and I do not recommend using him for your carpet installation project. Tl;Dr: From start of demo to end of installation, the whole thing took 50 days longer and $250 more than initially agreed upon due to mismeasurement and poor communication. I contacted Addam and set an appointment to measure. Addam provided a detailed proposal that my wife and I could easily comprehend. Visited showroom to choose pad and carpet. When the carpet arrived, we went back to showroom and viewed the carpet to make sure it was our choice. Addam then scheduled the installation. The installation team was quite proficient and the installation was very smooth. They also moved all of the furniture! Addam and Wes were great to work with! We had our wood floors restrained and finished. 4th Gen accommodated our complicated schedule, answered all of our questions, no matter how many or how silly, even stopped by after to answer questions and look at the floor. The floor stain looks fantastic. Reasonable price as well. Very, very happy we went with 4th gen
