Comfortable and spacious rooms with friendly and helpful staff.
There was blood stains on the curtains and the sheets in our room. Obvious ones...There was dead bugs under the rugs. Between this stay and the last Sheraton at Tokyo Bay I am through with Sheraton. They are all so old and dilapidated. I can understand a little outdated. But the amount of bodily fluid stains was too much for us. Was it a crime scene before we arrived or they just never clean? It was a room close to airport to catch a flight after some sleep. Next time Hyatt at airport cause good grief that was bad.
