The evening front desk ladies were awesome. We had a very minor issue with our room and Mele and the other desk agent were so helpful and upgraded us to a really nice room right away, which was definitely above and beyond what we expected. Give these ladies a raise! One’s name was Mele and I regretfully did not get the other’s but she was blonde and working the evening of July 5th.
They offered a complementary airport pickup, room smelled bad
Stayed here so we could fly out of SFO the next morning. It all worked out well.
Booked for a night. Room check in early was available and service was friendly. Rooms spacious and clean. Free water :)
