We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very attentive and nice. Would recommend coming back. The hotel itself is about 20 to 30mins from SF towards Pier 39 but it's worth it. It would have been 5/5 but there was a dog that kept barking all morning.

Spacious, clean, convenient room. They provide you with a comfortable bed, full-sized couch, desk, and a mini fridge. The only major downside is that the sound insulation is nonexistent. I kept waking up because the surroundings are pretty loud, i.e. hallway, water running, upstairs walking etc.

The street outside and the adjacent parking lot are brightly lit with white lights that the hotel curtains fail to block effectively. To make matters worse, the smoke detector flashes a white light throughout the night. Restful sleep is unlikely. Unlike modern hotels that provide convenient bedside outlets for charging devices, this room requires you to either use outlets across the room or unplug a lamp. Just be prepared-you may not want to look too closely at the floor when you bend down to do so.

It was clean but the road noise was really loud. Also the walls are paper thin. I could hear entire conversations from the room next door while trying to sleep. It was so loud it was like we were all in the same room.
