I ordered a part that I couldn`t find anywhere else at this price for an older car. Unfortunately the part wasn`t available anymore, the refund came unasked two days later via Paypal.

I ordered a PULLEY ASSY-A/C COMPRESSOR for my car. My mechanic told me that i should order the whole compressor not only the pulley. So i cancelled my order after one day It was on the 30 march. They don’t respond my e-mail. Until now , i have no refund STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY , IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Their crappy review is no lie. I returned a remote, got confirmation they received it, but never a refund. I reported them on BBB which they state they gave me a refund, but there is no evidence of such event happening. Stay away if you value your money.

THERE A JOKE THEY SENT OUT THE WRONG PART FOR THE SECOND TIME AND NOW IM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND.WHY DO YOU GUYS HAVE THINGS FOR SALE IF THERE NOT THE RIGHT PART...... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS A LOT BOB...

These guys are highly incompetent and have no desire to rectify issues. I bought four identical shims from them and they sent one shim and three other completely random different parts. How is that even possible. After contacting them and sending them photo's, I was told they are the same and nothing they would do. It seemed like a joke and that is what I told him. He responded very rudely and told me to take it up with ebay. I didn't even purchase through ebay, it was their website directly. He has ignored every email... read more

Vent Visors, Be prepared to pay for return shipping if they send you the wrong part, like these scam artist did to me. They would not email me a return shipping label or a RMA number and told me to send it back through U.S.P.S. and that is what i did, have receipt to prove it. A guy named Zein said they would reimburse me, but that never happened and i have the emails to prove it. Even went through the Better Business Bureau to no prevail.
