I’ve used Nick 3 times over the last 10 years and he’s yet to disappoint. Recently I received my lease renewal and they were raising my rent to some ridiculous amount and Nick took the time to explain to me how to speak with my current complex to make deal so I didn’t have to move. Ended up signing a new lease with no changes to the current price. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to.
Lisa was so very very helpful to my high maintenance needs lol She toured me around for a lot less time than I thought it would take her to find my Hidden Gem !! Never thought I would have my cake and eat it too, every day!! I Love my Place Lisa, Thanks Again..
