They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't notice anything bad. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am appalled. My son was admitted with aggression issues. He was violent with me, depressed and clearly a threat to himself and others. After spending hours on the phone with Four Winds & his therapist, we agreed to admit him voluntarily. At first, things seemed ok. But then, when we saw him, he was dazed and confused, then very affectionate, then inappropriate, then aggressive as though nothing had changed.
