In the last week, I have visited Family Leisure, Pool and Spa Depot, The Spa Guy and today, Four Winds Spas factory and showroom. I was assisted by Matt and I have to say that he impressed me! I was loaded with questions and he never made me feel like I was keeping him from something or tired of speaking with me. I'm Still in consideration of size and options but I was definitely impressed with both Four Winds Spas and with Matt! Great job!
We have the Caribbean III and it is wonderful. We have it at our vacation home and use it every time we are there!
Bought a spa in Antioch ,they don't know what to do about my water, it keeps turning green. They act like they don't care.
i bought a four winds a few years ago from a local dealer took months to get the spa and in short the dealer and the factory had a falling out and the dealer ended up in jail for ripping people off. i called the factory several times because of faulty jets and because of their issue with the dealer they would not talk to me about the jets even after a friend got cut on a broken part. DO NOT BUY FOUR WINDS IF YOU WANT SERVICE AND PARTS.
My husband and I purchased a four winds tub in August at the NY state fair from the manufacturer. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. We are now about 10 weeks. I left a message at the local store and have not heard back. Getting frustrated. Wanted this in before the snow comes and need to make appt for electrician. Also they have billed us already and started paying for something we have not seen.
