They don’t care if they sell you a tub or not! Terrible customer service and I don’t recommend them to anyone unless you want to be treated like crap! Once your tub has a problem let the games begin!

I like in NC & purchased one of their spas locally about 5 years ago. I’ve had to order a few replacement parts over the past year & the guys have been fantastic!!! I called told them the issue & they had the part sent out the next day! They are great & my spa is amazing!!!
I bought a swim spa from one of their dealers almost 7 years ago I contacted them about two cracks in the step on the bottom leaking sent them pics and everything they asked, they lost my registration and was told they keep them in two places, i told him i will continue to look for bill of sale but was over 6 years ago but i do have the emails of negotiating back and forth with owner. After much research, we decided to purchase a hot tub from Four Winds. The delivery was seamless, the guys were professional and very knowledgeable. It took us a bit to get all the chemicals leveled and Morgan was such a huge help (before and after the sale!) It is a beautiful hot tub and comes with a very nice cover. I would highly recommend this company!
We loved working with Four Winds. They helped us pick out the perfect hot tub and we LOVE IT! Morgan was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them!
two friends that have bought from here and both have had issues with their tubes from what I was told when looking to buy ...stay away from here but that's based on two other peoples experiences..not my own.
The manufacture this tube could be better. And if you have a Warranty question don't ask the parts or warranty Dept
