I have been buying parts from 4wheel Parts in Phoenix & Mesa, both have closed in the past few years. I decided to try the Gilbert location and just walked in .... struggled to get someone to help me with a question...left unsatisfied. Try them again to discuss a warranty issue with Bilstein Shocks ..... got the "we are not an authorized dealer so you need to contact the manufacturer" After contacting Bilstein they said I need proof of purchase from where I purchased them. carry more inventory. All I asked was "you carry leave spring bushings right?" The response I got was "no, we don't carry them but we can order them". WELL I CAN ORDER THEM. Geez.
