Made an appointment with Victor. Showed up, doors are locked, no one is here. Texted, and got a "let me make a call". No apology. Poor kid shows up, who can't even let me in, just stands outside with me. Left 10 minutes after our appointment should have started, after being told this Victor is still TWENTY MINUTES AWAY.
