HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLETS!!! As the other review states, 422 AUTO is just scam artists posing as used car salesmen. A car purchased here by my husband led to lies, profanity, broken written promises and a car that still is not what it should have been when purchased. If anyone is looking for a good, used car-go anywhere BUT here-they are only interested in lining their pockets with your hard-earned money-they dont care about their customers-only about their next victim!! **BUYER BEWARE
Stay away Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website first. They have had their membership revoked because of failure to respond to complaints.I unfortunately didn't research that and bought a bike there. Every time the brand new bike needs repaired they accuse me of doing something to it to cause the problem. They also don't give me any paperwork noting what they did 90% of the time. Why don't all you ass holes that wanna criticize my uncle go try building your own business from the ground up &stop trying to please everyone at the same time. You don't like ur car? Then go buy another one or be freaking smart and take a mechanic with you to look at the vehicle. DUH!!
Amanda S I got a car from 422. I would never recommend anyone to this dealer. People in there r not friendly n rud. I've been wait 3months for my tag. I called Penn Dot n they have no record of paper work for the car I got.
CON ARTIST! Chris Neal is a LIAR, THIEF, Con ARTIST!!!!! Like the others posted, when you catch Chris in a lie, all you get in response from him are a list of obscenities SCREAMED in your face!!! We all need to file a civil complaint with the District Justice office in Palmyra and put this guy out of business!!
Need to work on customer service Horrible......Lack customer service!Waited and waited and waited for a call on buying a car they had. Not very organized and lack communication with each others that are employed there. Oh well, bought somewhere else instead.
customer/friend they have been inn business since jan 2004 and have sold over 2000 cars and trucks. u cant make every one happy and i know chris to be very smart and helpful at all times,he can come across as rude but he is just straight up in ur face truthful and some people dont like honesty! so u 4 people who were not hapopy sorry im sure he tried his best!!!
