What wonderful folks! Had a leak underneath the bathroom sink. Called and the Technician who was so kind and patient, showed up the same day and got it fixed. He also spoke with my husband about some other issues and the Tech. figured out what it was. You are our new Plumber for sure! Thank you so, so much!!!!
This is the 4th time I have used Four Towns and Joe did a great job fixing my toilet. The cost was also very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing issue.
THE BEST! I've used Four Towns Plumbing a few times and I have had nothing but exceptional service every single time. The owner and his entire staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and provide prompt service at very reasonable rates.
The plumber was polite and professional, but the office is very poorly managed. I left several messages to make my 3rd payment, then received a voicemail from Judy threatening to send me to collections. I explained to Judy I'd previously received an invoice for a partial payment. She called me a liar! This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I would not recommend Four Towns based on the disorganization and hostility on the administration.
Great customer service from start to finish. They were able to resolve my problems quickly. Pricing was more than fair . Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
