Brought a vehicle here to get serviced for an interlock service but the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Straight up unprofessional and told me "what do you need??? Where's the hand held??...how are you going to pay?" After the service I was given no helpful feedback or future service inquiries. Just avoid this business for interlock service.
I was talking to a guy on the phone and he was very rude and disrespectful to me. He didn't give me a chance to ask a question or explain. And I was just shocked and disappointed. I would never come to Four States Communications. Sorry, but you still have to be professional when you are at work.
