We contacted Four Star Roofing for a leak in early December. They came and looked at it and said they would be out early the following week to repair. When we didn't hear from them, we called to check in. We called the owner Mike - but he didn't return our call. When we called his staff (that had come to check the roof) - we could hear Mike in the background. His answer - they changed their mind and wouldn't be coming until spring to fix it.
