Professionals who truly understand the IRCC market. Selling a house when you are out of town can be a very difficult process but with Robin and her team it was extremely easy. They were extremely helpful in coordinating all the other parties (Estate Sale folks, Cleaners, Repair folks, etc.) through the process, something that was our responsibility but given the distance they stepped in to make sure the entire process went smoothly to the point where we closed 2 weeks earlier than expected.

I put my home for sale May 2024 and was told I could list it at any price I wanted so I listed it at what Zillow suggested it was worth $384,000. From there I got 2 showing for the entire month. I told it was overpriced so I dropped the price again and again. Was still told I was still over priced for what they referred to as a Madison that was Essentially a low rated home.
