UR STORE IS NOT CLEAN AND PPL WERE RUDE AND NO ONE WHERES GLOVES.
I absolutely love the taste of the subs here but it seems EVERY time I order from here something is missing on my sub, there is entirely way too much sauce or They completely screw up my order in general. This has been at both the Franklin and Oil City locations. Lately I have been very I displeased with the service. And it's usually always delivered late. I think I'll be sticking to subway from now on.
The guy was rude when we called in to order to night
Delivered my pizza smashed and tried to refuse to send another if I let my kids eat a piece while we waited for our new one. Also the manager laughed at me when I told her the customer is always right. And she hung up on me. Although I did receive a new pizza but it was a general with 8 massive cuts through the center
Terrible customer service. Got a pizza totally smashed and messed up... called and manager Hung up on my husband and refused a new pizza or refund until my husband called back... and was very angry.... absolutely disappointed in todays experience and will think twice before we order again.
I GIVE Y'ALL A 5 STAR , IM FROM OIL CITY ORINGINALY I MOVED AWAY 10 YRS AGO N I HAVENT YET FOUND SUBS LIKE Y'ALLS I THINK Y'ALL NEED TO EXPAND IN WARREN N YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO THANK YOU YOUR THE BEST SUB PLACE IN THE USA !!!!
