Kaity is the horrible and incompetent person in charge of the payments. She is the worst person you can ever come across in your whole life. DO NOT come to this storage. She (kaity) asked me to make an extra monthly payment for a reason I don't know. When I questioned why I was supposed to make the extra payment she was demanding, she refused to answer any of my questions. Even after I made the payment, she then refused to give me a receipt.
