Hands down the best service call I have ever experienced. I asked my resident manager for a recommendation on a hvac unit that gives me trouble every summer. He recommended four star as they work in our building frequently. I have NEVER had such professional informative and friendly service. They weren’t trying to upsell, genuinely looking to fix the problem. As a regular customer I found it to be remarkable that when I ran into trouble two messages were ignored and no return phone calls came after a week. When routine services are provided for an established customer for years it seems unethical and unprofessional to not communicate when a problem occurs. What good is a service when they won’t speak to you. There’s an expression that goes if you have a dog that doesn’t come when you call it, you don’t have a dog. New York City is a tough place.
