This is unbelievable, out of four sisters you think they'd get it right. I sent my best friends daughter and grandchildren a bouquet online through four sisters. This was a Saturday. On Tuesday I asked them if they had received their bouquet, and they said no. After several days of not answering the phone or returning my phone calls, the next weekend had come. It looks like the most recent reviews are true to the company’s values. My story is the same. Delivery never happened. No communication. Company is not answering their phone. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Flowers never arrived. They did promise to refund my money, but do not use this company if you really want the flowers to materialize. They don’t answer the phone, never called to apologize.
