Awesome staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is very nice and helpful as well. I love our apartment and have been here for 2 years now. Only complaint is that it feels like there are too many apartments and not enough parking spaces. There is probably around 150 apartments, but it seems like there is only half of that for parking spots. My honest review after living at Four Seasons at Southtowne for one year. First, I want to say that the front office staff and maintenance team were always very kind and helpful to us. Maintenance requests were usually handled quickly, and everyone we interacted with in management was friendly and professional. We genuinely appreciated them during our time there.
