Lugo repaired our chimney leak and roof bridge vent on 1/27/26. He took his time and was very courteous and professional. The work was completed in one day and looks great. We got rain a couple hours later and no leak. Yeah.

Terry came out, surveyed my issues and offered some options for repair. We have a tile roof, so it took a few weeks for Four Seasons to match. As soon as the necessary tile was 'in hand' the roofers showed up, worked through a few days of rail, until dark on the few days it took to complete the job. The work looks great and I was very please with the final cost. This was the 2nd time Four Seasons did some roof work for me and both times the crew went above what was asked. Do they take down reviews? I already gave a 1 star review. I'd give them negative if I could. I'm currently taking them to small claims court. I had a leak after their job, they didn't do tie offs to code, the metal roof is lifting, I've had to spend an extra $14k+ to fix everything they did wrong. Please beware.

Very satisfied with the job done by the outstanding workers. Very disappointed with the customer service. I left many messages to contact me about the different payment plans. But I only talked to Carl 2 times out of the many times I tried to contact him. Got so fed up. They can email me but not return my calls.
