Unsafe rentals, enjoy evictions, don't vet tenants, allow drug addicts, very vingfull if you fall and are injured on property, neglectfully in necessary maintenance, evicts handicapped adult, allows mail tampering ... Rated -200% Any where would be better and life safe for all people and pets every where forever.
They have been overall unresponsive after Hurricane Helene when our rental home was left with a tree on the roof and a hole through to a bedroom. We paid October’s rent in good faith after the storm hit on September 27, even though we weren’t staying at our house and I never received a response when I asked whether we should. Fast forward to now, there is still a tree on the house and a hole in the roof we’ve been renting. Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would not under any circumstances do any business with Symantha or Shane Gragg again. Despicable business with worse owners. This tree has been on the house for over 3 weeks and they can't be bothered to even return a text or phone call.
RENTERS BE WARNED! Poor communication about listed properties. After applications is approved may ask for higher security deposit then listed on Zillow, realtor, or truly app. Furthermore they will ask for pro rated and next month’s rent up front with no warning till you have been approved.
