Tried buying a property that Sherry had listed. She was not responsive nor quick to respond to questions. Our sale was cancelled due to the inspection report and the fact that there was a huge water pipe burst that she stated “the home is being sold as is, no repairs are being made”. We ran from this property as this coupled with the numerous defects from neglect were going to be our responsibility. The home was listed in July, no pictures are available on line as of today 9/13.
