We signed the contract with Four Seasons Pool, owned by Lee Jouglard on 3/12/2020 with the approximate finish date of June 5, 2020. A week or two past June 5, 2020, we contacted Lee Jouglard about the delay. It was already mid-July 2020 when they finally start to plaster the pool. It took another 1 week to do the start up. Lee is nowhere to be found and not answering our call. He sent somebody else to start up the pool. It took another 2 weeks to get Lee to show us on how to maintain and check the pool.
