We signed the contract with Four Seasons Pool, owned by Lee Jouglard on 3/12/2020 with the approximate finish date of June 5, 2020. A week or two past June 5, 2020, we contacted Lee Jouglard about the delay. It was already mid-July 2020 when they finally start to plaster the pool. It took another 1 week to do the start up. Lee is nowhere to be found and not answering our call. He sent somebody else to start up the pool. It took another 2 weeks to get Lee to show us on how to maintain and check the pool. The builder was responsive to my needs and issues. Subsequently he settle all issues to my satisfaction. The owner personally responded to my project location, and exhibited a very professional demeanor. Based on the interaction I recommend this builder.
While I did not use them their drivers and workers have got to be the most irresponsible people I have seen in a long time their drivers do not pay attention and just almost caused multiple accidents and didn’t seem to care they almost ran me off the road and then proceeded almost ran somebody else off the road as well when they decide they want to be in someone else’s Lane

He did what he said he was going to do and at the price he said he was. Everything was great!
