Called; got a recording; left a voicemail with phone number; a month later still haven't got a call back. Glad I didn't have a broken pipe! I would have drowned by now. Needless to say I have long since called another plumber.
Squeezed us in and got our issue resolved quickly, and the plumber was friendly and informative!
