Very pleasant staff and they do know what they are doing. 5 stars all around
Called and asked if they did Shellac nails they said yes. They do not they do gel nails. Technician said there was not difference. Not well informed. Had to get them done though then. He applied the polish so that the bottom of my nails still showed. It looks like my nails are already growing out. He also sneezed into his hands and tried to continue doing my nails. Yuck. will not be going back

The wax for eye brows is too hot and burned me. One of the male manicurists and a older female manicurist are too rough--the hand massage is very uncomfortable. He pulled my finger so hard it hurt for days. I continue to go there because some of the staff members are excellent. The work of some is superb. The constant chatter in another language between the staff people is unprofessional. Four Season Nails is far superior to other stand alone salons in Mequon and Thiensville that are not part of hair salons.
