Well I once had a review and now I am thinking previous management had it removed. Sad. So I lived there a few years ago and it wasn’t terrible at first. Until the management and maintenance teams just up and walked out in November that year happened. We went months with nobody. In winter, my furnace stopped working, had to get an outside source to fix it due to no maintenance. Of course I was still expected to pay a ton of rent despite that. The staff at four seasons and Royal Oaks is what makes living here so amazing. I have moved out now but Nicole deserves the highest honor and honestly needs an award as she has always been quick to respond and takes care of her tenants as if they were her own family. She works tirelessly to make sure her residents are well cared for and I will absolutely miss her managing my home as nobody compares.
