I had a poor experience with Four Seasons after over a decade of doing business with them. I ordered 2 yards of river rock, and 2 yards of sand. They left 2 yards of small cobble stones. I have ordered, AND picked up river rock several times over the past several years; it is what I need. I live approximately 2 - 3 miles from the store. My offer was I would go ahead and keep the cobble, PAY for 2 more yards of river rock, but requested they waive the extra delivery fee. (Again, 2 - 3 miles from the store). They refused.
