Wow! Exceptional Service My daughter got the stomach flue when we were there. Natalia at the front desk couldn't have been more accommodating. They helped me change to a larger room with two beds, sent up gatorade, tea and crackers, arranged for special housekeeping. This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are beautiful but the service from the staff is amazing.

Wow, the restaurant here is next level. Th service, omg! Frank was so great welcoming us and Danwel was an amazing server - he helped us pick all the best dishes! That pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever tasted and the mashed potatoes too omg! The tableside steak service was also next level! Highly recommend for a special occasion…especially Christmas! You could do a whole photoshoot here!! Such a beautiful spot for the holidays! I didn’t even get a pic of the sleigh…But so many cute spots! And amazing service!
