From the moment we pulled up, everything about this stay was exceptional. The bellman David greeted us with a warm smile and handled our arrival like true hospitality royalty. Check-in was smooth and friendly the front desk team made us feel right at home. Within minutes of settling into our room, Juan arrived with a tray of little gourmet danishes. We left another 5 star hotel at 10pm where we were having the most awful experience and came to the Four Seasons Brickell. Immediately upon check in Zein turned our day around and gave us a tour of the amenities at almost midnight! He deserves more than 5 stars. The staff here is the definition of 5 star service.
