A flawless experience. The Four Seasons Miami effortlessly blends understated luxury with warm, intuitive service.
Horrible customer service, front desk managers are rude. You will be overcharged on the mini bar for items you did not take, review your bill closely. Room service food is extremely lackluster compared to other four seasons properties. The rooms and carpet are a bit dated, and they severely cheaped out on their Lutron implementation. Lots of blank wall plate covers, dimming switches on bulbs that are not rated for dimming and constantly flicker. Overall this property does not meet the four seasons standard.
I recently visited the Four Seasons Miami property and wanted to recognize Cindy and Idalia at the welcome/security desk who were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism genuinely reflected the level of hospitality the Four Seasons brand is known for. I truly appreciated their assistance and wanted to thank them for making such a positive impression.
