Trash hospitality. I wasn’t bothering anyone — just sitting quietly waiting for a friend — and staff treated me like I was doing something wrong, telling me to leave because I hadn’t ordered. If that’s your policy, fine, but the way it was communicated was rude and humiliating. Also security escalated it in a way that felt aggressive and unnecessary. Super établissement et super service. L’accueil «en français» a été exceptionnel et un grand plus après des heures de vols . L’hôtel est bien placer à Brickel, proche du Metromover, de restaurant et du Mall. Les chambres côté Condo sont grandes, confortables et bien équipés. L’espace piscine et jacuzzi sont incroyable, reposant et confortable. Par contre il faut arriver tôt le nombre de transat étant limité. We had the BEST trip to Miami staying here! The room was great, but the service and the pool were the absolute best. We wanted to escape the cold weather for my boyfriend's 40th and we are so glad we picked this Four Seasons! They surprised him with a nice birthday treat and balloons when we got back from dinner. The pool is one of the most impressive features. Wonderful pool side service and the drinks were delicious. Yag at the poom took the best care of us for 2 days!
