Reviewing High Tea at Live Oak. You must try it — everything was wonderful! I'm especially writing to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the Director of Food and Beverage. He promptly and graciously resolved a minor inconvenience we experienced. It's reassuring to see that the high level of service one expects from the Four Seasons remains as impressive as ever.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Austin and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff set the tone with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Check in was seamless and the lobby had a calm and elegant atmosphere that immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. The location of the hotel is perfect. Four Seasons Austin is simply spectacular. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that signature hospitality: warm, attentive staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer beautiful views of Lady Bird Lake. The restaurant and bar are a big plus: delicious food, well-crafted cocktails, and a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. This is a good hotel. The rooms are great. I was allowed to check in 5 hours early. Which made up for them not letting me check out late on a longhorn football weekend. Room service was great. They brought a microwave and fridge to my room for me to help me accommodate my diet. Internet was free. Room had a nice view, and bottled water was good. Overall, pleasant stay
