Very disappointed by the Four Seasons Austin. This was my worst hotel experience in recent years. The photos speak for themselves. My room telephone didn’t work to dial out calls for in-room dining, the front desk, or housekeeping. Additionally, upon arrival, there was a visible blood stain on the pillow, a large dead bug to the side of the bed, and the pillows were very flat and offered no support. I just spent 3 night at the Four Seasons in Austin, TX. Amazing service 10/10, a beautiful experience for my family and I, we felt very special. Thank you so much for your attention. We appreciate you very much. Definitely coming back as soon as possible.
Had a nice stay but house cleaning stole my gold cuff earring, which was my favorite, so bummed about that.
