This is a great place to relax. The staff is very kind, and both the pool and the ocean are fantastic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there was a small disappointment on our last day. I asked for help with something very simple through the chat. I messaged them three times, in the morning, in the afternoon, and again in the evening, but for some reason I never received a response. This was our first stay with the Four Seasons and it was absolutely incredible!! We came to celebrate my birthday and they made sure to make each day special for me. We spent majority of our time between the beach and pool, and they also offer beachside service so we didn’t have to leave the beach for lunch. On top of that, they have cold water, sunscreen, and even boogey boards at the beach to have fun with in the water. Our server Elina was continuously checking in and fun to chat with! The four season Fort Lauderdale is a wonderful ocean-side getaway. From the initial arrival, to leaving, the guest experience is top-notch. Concierge is extremely helpful with their recommendations, and the overall atmosphere inside is welcoming. The beach cabanas are comfortable and the attendants are attentive, offering the level of service one would expect.
