I was told that the cost of installing a thermostat with a C wire would be 89.00, however, when the technician came he said it would be 700.00, I told him that the office said it would be 89.00. My mom also had bought her air conditioner from this company a few years ago and has had yearly service with them.The technician then said he could do it for 500.00, my mom was leaving in two days back to Florida and so we were on time constraints.
