I was thrilled with the experience I had at Four Seasons today. We are attending a wake and funeral of a dear family friend this weekend in Guelph and I googled local flower shops and came across this one. I called and was warmly greeted by Page. I was really hoping to find a large peace lily to send to the funeral home which so amazingly, they had! Extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers, I relied simply on reviews and saw that they were relatively high and chose them. I purchased online without going in and the picture of the bouquet looked much more appealing than what I received. For an $100+ bouquet I will never be returning to this place. Feels like they were rushed by Valentine’s Day and could not provide the same service they do the rest of the year.
