This building is great except for management which is the whole reason I am giving this 1 star. I have made multiple requests for 4-6 months on needing repairs in my apartment with absolutely no progress. I have made multiple requests via email and even in person with nothing to show for it. I have lived here since 2019 without missing a single rent payment until this month when life got busy and I forgot to make the payment.
