Black mold lurks in the walls. I tested positive for black mold fungus and multiple heavy metals. I began suffering from chronic migraines and vestibular system issues that I am still trying to recover from today. I told the management and their idea was to wipe the wall. In the bathroom, walls are soft with water rot. I made a notification in the resident apartment app.And it was never addressed.This place is ridden with spiders. Sick building syndrome at its finest

I stayed in one of their short-term rental units for a few months while in town for business. The large screen TV and sectional were very nice. Great location, close to downtown. The unit had everything I needed for an enjoyable short-term stay. 100 times better than staying in a hotel! Donna and the maintenance staff are fantastic! Every person I came in contact with went over and above to make sure my stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back.
I've lived here for 4 years, and love my landlords. Steve, and his team love to connect with tenants, the responsiveness to problems are always immediate. If I ever move from here it'll be for reasons other than bad service.
