I have been trying to schedule a viewing at a property they had listed for rent for over a week. It took me forever to get a hold of somebody from the property management company, and when I finally did get a hold of somebody from the property management company They scheduled me a self tour and told me that a lockbox code would be sent to me for me to view the property. I got to the property and no lockbox code was sent to me. I drove an hour and a half to view a property only to not be able to view it. This is horrible bus... read more
Avoid. I inherited houses from my father that were rentals, so kept them as such. I needed a property manager and found 4SZN. I wish I hadn't. Brandon broke our contract in several ways, including never filing failure to pay rent suits or even communicating to us that tenants were not paying. He also never communicated about a bad plumbing issue that tenants reported to him. After we told him we were selling a property, there was very little communication in regards to tenant move out.
