Horrible! They had promised us a refund over 6 months ago and kept making up excuses saying they are working on it etc. Now they will not even return my messages. I have reported them to the BBB to get my 7,000 dollars back like they said.
RecommendedI had a technical problem with the solar charger for my ePropulsion drive. Phil at Four Seas made more than one attempt to coordinate with the Mfgr and ultimately solved my problem at no charge. He really stuck with me. Great customer service and expertise. I'm so happy that I purchased my ePropulsion unit through Four Seas.
With Four Seas the only ePropulsion dealer in the US with a shopping system and living so far inland as to have to rely on reviews only in choosing the brand and a reseller, I was necessarily uneasy about my lack of choices. Four Seas ultimately came through though with fast fulfillment and shipping. As for ePropulsion, I can't be happier. I'm now one full charge cycle in and am thrilled both with the engineering and performance of my new Spirit 1.0! Can't wait to spend more time on the water with it!
Only the highest quality products for boating adventures, and the F-RIBS are really cool! :)
Love this folding inflatable - portable enough to throw in the back of the Land Cruiser!
