Manager has no regard for employees health and safety.
I have been to many hotels but never had I had greater service at check in than I did tonight. After a LONG and scary drive from Midway to Milwaukee, Aaron and Matt welcomed me with big smiles and above and beyond service helping me find dinner and something to drink. Completely made my day after a full day of travel, delays, and snow storms. :-)
I truly enjoy visiting WI when I get to stay here🤗. Staff are friendly and professional!
Stayed there because I took a fallen solider home, most emotional time of my life staff was nice, but didn't seem to care about the reason I was there, house keeping would not leave me alone, the hotel charged me for everything, 13 dollars for a piece of sausage for breakfast, 32 dollars for dinner , thew my beer always while getting food at dinner, told me my check out time was 4 o'clock, basically kicked me out at 2 o'clock, they charged me more than they quoted me on the phone by almost 20 dollars, just seemed they were o... read more
Was at the bar during happy hour on August 17, 2017. We were celebrating my girlfriend's parents 43rd wedding anniversary. Everything was great and very comfortable. The bartender was polite and quick. The snacks provided were great. I'd definitely come again.
I had my wedding here yesterday and I'm so amazed of how nice the staff is. Robyn the coordinator over everything was truly amazing when I say that she went above what we expected really isn't enough,she made our day one of the best days of our lives and there's a waitress here by the name of Michelle whom I really appreciated all of your help she was a huge help to me as well as the rest of the staff. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.
What a beautiful place. The employees were polite and courteous. I really enjoyed my self. The restroom were very clean. I must say oh my what an awesome place!!! Nice and quiet atmosphere!!!
