Stayed here many nights while we were building our house. Clean. Pool nice. Walking around town is easy. Great location close to a myriad of restaurants. Tiki bar has been better. Seems to be lacking on maintenance now two years since last storm. Disappointed i can’t come by boat.
Dated needs a refresh paint, carpet and drapes. Cleanliness is severely lacking, especially in pool. Inconsistent water pressure- you may or may not get a shower. Charging a resort fee...for what? Do better Sheraton.
The stay was not bad, however I was double charged by the hotel after paying through booking.com. My stay was in July and I have called numerous times since to be reimbursed. I am sent to a managers voicemail each time, leave a message, and am not called back. So I am almost four months after my stay that I was double charged for, and no one can be bothered with helping me. This is terrible customer service and shows how little their guests are valued once they have your money.
Its a great room with great views. The staff is exceptional. They catered to all our need including a fan for our room. From the lady who served us this mornings breakfast who got me my coffee as quickly as she could lol. To the 3 people at the from desk. Just exceptional.
