One of two elevators is down, and one elevator was down a year ago. No ice in the vending machines.Rooms are ok.
They say they have indoor & outdoor poolS, BOTH closed 😕
Both pools and hot tub closed😞 False advertising.
We paid a premium for a room. We arrived to check in and told the pool was out of order, but the whirpool might be later. No complimentary breakfast, that would cost an additional $15 per person. I asked if they had complimentary tea or coffee available, they did not. Went to go up to our room and one of the elevators was out, though it didn't really cause us an issue.
