This is a terrible hotel and not what I’ve come to expect from Marriott. I’ve been a Bonvoy Member for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! The overall appearance of the hotel inside and out are poor to say the least. It seems that no one is watching the store. My first room was dirt and looked like someone had already slept in the bed. Some of the staff were very kind and friendly which we appreciated! Others clearly did not care about the hotel or guests. The mold in the sink and poor cleaning were the worst part. The price/value was okay. I used the fitness center and it was nice, with towels and wipes provided. They accommodated our request for a late checkout.
