RecommendedHotel is nice, seems to be newer, staff is friendly but there were a couple of noticeable room issues that would prevent me from giving a 5 star experience.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO A VOICEMAIL THAT DOESN'T ACCEPT VOICE MESSAGES. I HAVE LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES, ONLY TO HAVE TO CONTINUALLY CALL BACK AND GET PUT ON HOLD OR HAVE THE PHONE RING WITH NOBODY TO ANSWER! WE STAY AT SHERATON AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH IN MULTIPLE CITIES, BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WE WILL CANCEL ALL FUTURE RESERVATIONS AND NEVER BOOK WITH SHERATON AGAIN!
Very friendly staff, LOVED the bartenders they were great people. The beds are very comfortable! I just didn’t like how there’s not a free complimentary breakfast like most hotels, I didn’t like how the bar closes at 11pm, the bar didn’t have a jukebox, and didn’t like how there’s no jacuzzi by the pool. That’s about it. I’d rate it 2.5 stars.
I paid 20 more on the room to get breakfast included for my husband and I. Breakfast consisted of 1 sweet roll and fruit. To top it off...the menu showed same breakfast at 8.50 per person. I spoke with front desk...they just shrugged their shoulders...NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY IN ANY KIND OF SHERATON. I can not believe this is how you treat customers that pain 160+ for 1 night. SHAMEFUL!
