I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport from April 8–10, and unfortunately this was one of the most concerning hotel experiences I’ve had primarily due to serious cleanliness and sanitation issues. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were professional and accommodating, which I appreciated. If you arrive late are tired and drained make sure not to miss to QR parking signs. You need to pay parking or you are fined. There is no signs in the building or registration area. They are about 10 ft high on their poles when exiting the awning and about 15 ft up on the light poles or behind their falling limbs. Do not waste your time. Certainly DO NOT DEPEND ON AIRPORT SHUTTLE. They are the LAST stop on a shared shuttle with other hotels. There is no room at 4am or 4:30 either. Wild. Not one person waiting from this hotel got a spot on the “courtesy shuttle” Fraudulent marketing. Bonvoy should know better. Also the tv did not work. They sent a weird dude up to fix it who wouldn’t speak. He reset it then left the it went back to looping a social media type add no matter what channel you went to. Bail bail bail! You’re welcome
