El chofer del transfer al aeropuerto (que ellos mismos proveen) le entregó mi valija por error a otra persona. Cuando le dijomos que la valija que nos estaba dando no era la nuestra, se negó a quedarsela, se subió rápido al bus y nos dejó abandonados en el aeropuerto con valija ajena. Después de más de 8 llamados telefónicos, ME PROMETIERON que se iban a contactar conmigo y hoy, 20 días más tarde, nadie me llamó. No tienen intención de colaborar.
