Night staff was not friendly, but day staff was. Beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable! Door to bathroom almost hit the toilet because the bathroom was so tiny and it made it hard to get in and out.

This is a clean place to stay in a nice area, but unfortunately corporate doesn't understand the meaning of the phrase bad profits. You will be charged for any thing and at the good business rate of 20% gross margin. Our issue came after use of a "3rd party booking agency" which means we have to pay for breakfast at a rate of $10.00 per guest. Great place, comfortable beds, here working so I get up to early for breakfast so I can't say anything about that , front desk all very helpful and polite and the shuttle bus is great take you anywhere you need to go and pick you up when you call, I'll definitely stay here again

The man that checked me was a gentleman and I found him very help! The room was nice and clean but they need to talk to the breakfast lady. She was rude. Told me I didn't pay for breakfast so we decided 10 per person wasn't worth it and we ate else where.. come to find out they had taken an extra 50 for breakfast when we checked in.. best believe I called and had that refunded. Other then that a very nice stay there.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel every time we are came to visit the city of Memphis for the 4th of July for New Years Eve and for Labor Day and we've had no problems at this hotel. The staff is totally friendly perfessional and helpful with any and every question I've asked about the sites the malls and any special activities that might be going on in the city.
