Mediocre hotel. The room was nice, beds comfortable. Only complaint was that the bathroom door had a terrible squeak. Unfortunately the hotel was being renovated and none of the ice machines were operable (but this was not mentioned anywhere). The breakfast was terrible. The most tasteless eggs I’ve ever had, the bacon was tough, the fruit bowl was only melon and nothing else. We stayed for one night. The room itself was fine, aside from some creaky doors. There was a decent smart tv in the room, always a plus. The issue was how they are handling renovations. The package in our room said there were ice machines on floors 2, 4, and 6. We were on floor 5, but I didn’t mind venturing up or down a floor to get ice. However, floor 4’s ice machine room was unmarked, and full of construction supplies - clearly under renovation. So I check floor 2. Die Heizung war super laut. Ich musste sie immer über Nacht ausschalten damit ich schlafen kann. Bei uns wurde gerade leider renoviert also kein Gym und kein Pool. Online stand davon nichts. Preisnachlass gab es keinen. Frühstück war super.
Pool under renovation and closed, gym closed. Ice machines closed only on 1 floor is it working ... resturant closed , I'm sure it will be a good hotel in a year after all renovations are complete .......... Clean bed and room was decent.
We had a great stay at the Sheraton in Cambridge! Shout out to Eric who looked after all of our needs in the private room we booked - super helpful and courteous! You don’t always see this level of customer service anymore. Highly recommend the hotel if you’re in the area!
