Andrew is the man, fair and honest. His team are the best in town
I dropped my vehicle off for an oil leak inspection, only to find that it was nominal and that I should monitor it over time (thankfully). However, when I came to pick it up, Andrew pulled my car out, handed me the keys, and then noticed an oil puddle underneath the timing/pulley side. Took a vehicle to another shop for an oil change, but they couldn’t remove the oil filter. Andrew at Four Points Auto was able to complete the job on short notice since I needed to catch an early flight. We would highly recommend using them. Fair price and efficient service.
I have been going to Four Points for I believe ten to twelve years now (three cars in the household) and they have always exceeded expectations ! Great mechanics in general can be hard to find but Four Points always treats their customers with the utmost respect and is always honest and fair with their customers. They also do oustanding work and the customer service is second to none. Thank you Andrew and Four Points - Port St. Lucie is very fortunate to have such a great business taking care of people !!
This auto repair shop is top tier. I came all the way from west palm beach with car trouble. By just surfing through Google I thought to give them a try. Andrew got me in within an hour when other shops were too booked to even check. He and the other mechanic took my concerns into consideration and were very knowledgeable. They test drove my car and were not dismissive when they didn't hear what I was trying to explain. Then they found the problem!
