I’ve had 3 sessions with Josh who has managed to miraculously eradicate the pain in my hands and feet by massage, accupuncture & cupping, He’s now begun to use the above modalities on my lower back pain and it feels much improved after the first treatment. Two thumbs up for the entire staff and the excellent services they provide
I had the most amazing massage from Carol! She is great! The facials with Nancy are awesome too! If you haven't tried Four Pillars please do it is so nice and relaxing. Thank you Cheri for bringing it to our community.
I went there for my first visit today and it was the best thing I ever did. I had such a wonderful conversation that Cheri and cannot wait to go back again, which is tomorrow! There is such good energy there you can't help but feel good while you're there!
I have received and will continue to receive medical massages from Lynne Donahue at Four Pillars due to an injury that occurred 19 years ago. When I first walked in the massage room I felt stiff and was having issues walking due to extreme muscle tightness. After my first massage session with Lynne I felt more flexible, mobile, and relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She uses neuromuscular and trigger point release to help with the troubled areas. If you are looking to improve your health and feel bett... read more
I went for a Thai Massage and absolutely loved everything about the ambiance of the place and the professionalism of the staff! My massage therapist Michael is simply amazing! Can't wait to go back! :)
Four Pillars is my sanctuary. Not only are the services top notch, but you will leave feeling as good as you look. Whether I am with Christa for a facial treatment or Sally for a massage, I walk out glowing and transformed.
Lynn is amazing ! I recommend her highly! Her expertise, her professionalism and her desire for you to feel better. A monthly 1 hour deep tissue massage is A must do!
I've moved locations for my Yoga practice from another studio to Four Pillars by recommendation of a friend. She also advised I check out their massage & acupuncture options for my chronic hip and back issues. I've had 1 massage and 2 sessions with Josh and already experiencing relief! I've gained flexibility and what was a gnawing pain is now reduced to just certain movements. Look forward to regaining my mobility and then maintenance sessions in the near future.
I have a regular Massage Therapist at home so finding a good one while away is difficult. I found Jon Rios who is an excellent massage therapist. He can go deep when necessary. He is very attentive to what aches and pains me. He does Cupping and Craniosacral Therapy which must be tried. I have gone to Jon numerous times and am completely satisfied. I look forward to my next visit.
