I’ve had 3 sessions with Josh who has managed to miraculously eradicate the pain in my hands and feet by massage, accupuncture & cupping, He’s now begun to use the above modalities on my lower back pain and it feels much improved after the first treatment. Two thumbs up for the entire staff and the excellent services they provide
Best massage I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you Michelle, for recommending Four Seasons and the 90 minute massage. I can”t remember the last time after the massage, that felt so relaxed and good , like walking on air! I will be a regular client of theirs for a long time, for sure .

I went there for my first visit today and it was the best thing I ever did. I had such a wonderful conversation that Cheri and cannot wait to go back again, which is tomorrow! There is such good energy there you can't help but feel good while you're there!
I have received and will continue to receive medical massages from Lynne Donahue at Four Pillars due to an injury that occurred 19 years ago. When I first walked in the massage room I felt stiff and was having issues walking due to extreme muscle tightness. After my first massage session with Lynne I felt more flexible, mobile, and relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Lynn is amazing ! I recommend her highly! Her expertise, her professionalism and her desire for you to feel better. A monthly 1 hour deep tissue massage is A must do!
Absolutely positive, comfortable & encouraging place! Highly recommend! I’ve been to a lot of fitness classes- but four pillars is the BEST! From the students to the teachers, everyone is encouraging & friendly- with a twist of fun
