AWFUL I WOULD NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! So unprofessional and literally PROFITING so much off us animal lovers. THEY CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid 769$ total for my cats ears to be looked at. They repeated called my cat HE when SHE is a girl. They didn’t give me any paperwork regarding what was done just the fucking bill. We received appalling care there that nearly killed our new puppy. I came in 5 times over a three week period with a vomiting puppy. Not once did a dr suggest an x-ray. I was told it was due to how I was feeding him. I was told this again and again. Finally I took my puppy to a vet ER and the first thing they said was has he had an Xray, and why not? They x-rayed him and found that he was ingesting something from our backyard. I simply cannot understand how this practice could have neglected to do an x ray. Maybe not at the ... read more
