The care from Dr Whitlow and his staff is amazing. We lost our lab, Tip, on Saturday. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
I have brought all my pets here, the first one in 1996. The staff and Dr. Whitlow have always been kind and helpful. Today I took my 4th dog to them - I knew it was time to let her go. I told the staff about her stress and mine, rather than stress her more- Dr Whitlow and his assistant tended to my dog in my truck so she would not endure anymore stress than she had to. The staff made this visit as easy as possible - I have always and still do recommend Four Paws highly. Thank-you
I was very pleased with Four Paws Animal Hospital. I have a very aggressive Chihuahua and have been terrified to take him to the vet for years. I had no choice but to take him this time and they were so very helpful and assured me that everything would be just fine. I wish I had asked the nurses name but she was so nice and sweet with my little fur baby. I walked out felling so relieved and confident that in any further cases I can take him to Four Paws and know that he’ll be in great hands!
Took my cat here the other day for an abcess removal surgery and while he was sedated he went under cardiac arrest and passed away. He was a stray I had just found a few days before and may have had unknown health conditions but it's unfortunate he passed away. I'm not here to smear the doctors name as I feel he did the best he could though they weren't as transparent in explaining what all happened as I'd like BUT one of the managers there was REALLY unprofessional and rude to me. I literally called them at 5 and told them my cat was choking and ripped his wires out of his mouth from an accident and they are located a mile from my house and I was told they wouldn't see him and that all they could do is give me an emergency number for a vet 45 min away keep in mind they close at 530
Dr. Whitlow has always treated our fur babies as important patients, treats them with the same love we give them every day. His support staff has always been very gentle and caring with our babies. I have been confident each time I’ve gone to Four Paws that I will get quality, loving care.
My family have been using Dr. Whitlow and his staff for 18 + years. He is great 10 Star from me!! Staff very nice and always welcome me. My mom loved everyone at Four Paws. thank you Dr. Whitlow you the Best!!
